Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At PRIMESHINE AUTO LTD, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium detailing experience. We require clients to perform a final inspection of the vehicle accompanied by our detailer before we depart. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service that falls within the scope of your selected package, our detailer will rectify it on the spot free of charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our service is labor-based, we do not generally offer full refunds once a service has been completed and signed off upon final inspection. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • You prepaid online and cancelled the service with at least 24 hours written notice.
  • Our team arrived, but due to equipment failure on our end, we were completely unable to perform the service.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Complaints made more than 24 hours after our team has departed the service location.
  • Pre-existing damage or issues that cannot be resolved via standard cleaning (e.g., permanent stains, deep clear coat scratches, rust).
  • Failure to show up or provide access to the vehicle during the scheduled time block.

4. Process for Disputing a Service

If you encounter an issue within 24 hours of service completion, please email support@primeshineauto.co.uk with photographic evidence of the concern. We will review the claim within 48 business hours. If approved, we will typically offer to dispatch a unit to re-clean the specific area of concern rather than issue a monetary refund.
